Responsible for the recruitment needs of the Manpower Supply Business Units across the UAE with technical, un-skilled and skilled requirements sourced from Sub-Continent and African countries into Hospitality, Aviation, Construction and Logistics Industries. Ensure sourcing and recruitment of high calibre candidates that meet the requirements of the business on-time.

Strategy and Design
i)Responsible for the full 360’ lifecycle of Blue Collar labor across Technical, General, Skilled, and Operator categories across the organization
ii)Department point of contact for all agency liability cases for separation reported through the business, recording, verifying and recording the outcome.
iii)Manage full cycle of the recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
iv)Ensure effective coordination, representation and sourcing of candidates from Overseas countries
v)Ensure ethical and proffesional relationship is built and maintained with Recruitment Partners
vi)Support and work with Heads of Departments for the recruiting of skilled and unskilled manpower
vii) Ensure effective coordination to make sure that documents of candidates are received post selection
viii) Acting as a point of contact for the recruitment trips and ensure everything is in place and per the company policy (pre & post recruitment drive)
Implementation
i)Accountable for reviewing, managing and liaising with Recruitment Partners to ensure compliance end ethical recruitment is maintained at all times
ii)Accountable for recording all assigned deployments through the company systems
iii)Maintain and keep up to date all company documentation in-line with recruitment process and guidelines, create strong presentations to attract candidates
Operations
i)Responsible and accountable for recording all new joiner data obtained from the Welfare Induction from the Declaration forms.
ii)To maintain and keep up to date all company documentation in-line with recruitment process and guidelines, creating strong presentations to attract candidates.
iii)Responsible for coordinating the issuance of visas in line with the company requirements
iv)Accountable for ensuring data by your team is recorded and up to date on the company Sharepoint system
Compliance
i)Ensure compliance to company policies and adherence to ethical recruitment practices during all deployments.
ii)Monitor and ensure the pre and post onboarding process is operational across the team with a 100% success rate
Other Responsibilities
i)Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Dulsco integrated management system
ii)Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS
