Responsibilities
-Support positive work environment and effective communication with all stakeholders, motivate the team.
-Technical leadership, tracking team activities progress and reporting.
-Perform and align with all necessary stakeholders test execution strategy including risks analysis and assumptions definition
-Requirement analysis; creation of Test cases and Test specification
-Test preparation and execution (on test benches)
-Test Analysis and test evaluation, defect logging
-Establish effective way of working within a team and with a customer; drive initiatives and propose relevant optimizations and improvements
-Create processes and procedures related documentation, dashboards in Jira or/and in Confluence and keep them up to date
-Continuous performance monitoring and training of Testing team members.
-Escalation of critical deviations/blockers to appropriate stakeholders
Skills
Must have
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
-Working experience in IT 5 years min.
-Proven experience in testing in Automotive domains.
-Advanced understanding of testing life-cycle.
-Experience in test automation with Python.
-Scripting knowledge
Shell, CAPL
-Excellent understanding of different testing levels and their scope.
-Excellent understanding of testing types and testing techniques.
-Good understanding of ASPICE best practices to ensure manageability, reliability, and deliverables.
-Advanced communication skills (verbal and written).
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Excellent problem-solving skills. Foreseeing potential issues and risks and come up with solutions
-Ability to work collaboratively.
-Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with proven ability to track and support a activities under responsibility
-Customer centric mindset
-Working experience with Jira / Confluence
Nice to have
-ISTQB Foundation Level
-Working experience with CodeBeamer
-German language
