You will support the deployment of the One Safran group's operational excellence system

You contribute to the deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions in manufacturing

You contribute to the deployment of the Lean Sigma culture and continuous improvement through communication and training activities.

You work to create the conditions for team participation in continuous improvement, individual involvement, collaborative work, and the development of collective intelligence, with a positive impact on the Quality of Working Life.

You are performance-oriented and identify or manage contributing improvement actions.

You provide methodological support on the use of Lean Sigma tools and change management.

You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of certain company/group initiatives: Participatory Innovation, 5S, QRQC, TPM, SMED...

You mentor the Green Belts on their work sites until they are certified.

You are working towards the deployment of the yellow belts.

You contribute to the definition of projects, priority actions, and reporting of the progress plan.

You participate in the sharing of experiences and best practices within the Black Belt community of the company.

You contribute to strengthening the skills and image of Lean-Sigma through training and communities and/or other events/tools
