We are seeking an experienced Head of IT Staffing to lead and expand our technology recruitment and staffing business across the UAE and GCC region. This leadership role will be responsible for driving business development, managing key client relationships, leading recruitment delivery teams, and building scalable staffing solutions for technology clients across the region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT recruitment within the UAE/GCC market, strong client acquisition capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing large recruitment teams and delivering high-quality IT talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients across the UAE and GCC markets.

  • Build strong relationships with government entities, technology companies, consulting firms, and enterprise organizations.

  • Identify and secure new staffing mandates across contract, permanent, and project-based hiring models.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, and master service agreements (MSA) with clients.

  • Manage key accounts and strategic client partnerships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

  • Drive revenue growth and business expansion within the regional technology staffing market.

Recruitment Delivery & Talent Solutions

  • Lead the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

  • Oversee delivery of contract, permanent, and project-based IT staffing solutions.

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of client mandates while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

  • Build strong talent pipelines across multiple technology domains.

  • Maintain high placement success rates and strong client satisfaction levels.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT recruitment and delivery team.

  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks for recruiters and account managers.

  • Implement best practices in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

  • Drive efficiency through recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing tools.

  • Foster a strong results-driven and performance-oriented recruitment culture.

Market Expertise & Industry Knowledge

  • Maintain deep knowledge of technology hiring trends within the UAE and GCC markets.

  • Provide clients with market intelligence including salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring insights.

  • Develop expertise across key IT domains such as:

    • Software Engineering

    • Cloud Computing & DevOps

    • Data & Artificial Intelligence

    • Cybersecurity

    • Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute the regional IT staffing growth strategy for UAE and GCC markets.

  • Identify opportunities to expand staffing services, managed services, and recruitment outsourcing solutions.

  • Introduce advanced talent solutions including:

    • Contract Staffing

    • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

    • Managed Staffing Services

    • Project-based hiring models

  • Work closely with leadership to expand market presence and scale the staffing business.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10 15+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing.

  • Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams and delivery operations.

  • Strong experience working within the UAE and GCC technology recruitment market.

  • Proven track record of client acquisition, revenue generation, and business development in staffing services.

  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with IT staffing agencies or global recruitment firms operating in the UAE/GCC region.

  • Strong network within technology companies, consulting firms, government organizations, and large enterprises in the UAE.

  • Familiarity with contract staffing, managed services, and RPO models.

  • Experience scaling technology staffing businesses within the GCC market.
