- Actively participate in defining the company's human resources objectives.
- Translate the approved plans (recruitment, training, remuneration) into a program of activities to be carried out.
- Analyze the company's annual production plan and translate it into recruitment and training actions, then submit it for approval by the General Management.
- To supervise personnel administration in all its forms.
- Oversee the management of the company's assets and the insurance policies associated with them.
- Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and implementing regulations.
- To coordinate, in a continuous and sustained manner, the activities of the structures placed under his/her responsibility.
- To sign, within the limits of his prerogatives, any document relating to human resources and the structures under his responsibility.
- Participate in all consultations having a direct or indirect relationship with the company's field of activity.
- prepare periodic activity reports for the use of the General Management.
- Validate the skills gaps,
- Validate recruitment needs with the General Management
- Validate the training needs and plan with the General Management
- Validate the choice of training organizations with the General Management

- Approve the confirmation decisions at the end of the trial periods
- Define and validate job requirements, including necessary organizational knowledge.
- establish and communicate job descriptions
- Validate the inventory of staff and skills
- To assess skills based on relevant criteria, including task execution, and to determine the effectiveness of recruitment.
- During the validation of the training plan, ensure the relevance of the training courses (in line with the skills assessment results).
- Coordinate with the legal department to ensure regulatory monitoring and update procedures in accordance with regulatory provisions.
