الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Post job openings, manage applications, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support new hire integration.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within real estate development, construction, or property management sectors in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and hiring regulations.
- Proven experience sourcing talent for technical, commercial, and corporate roles within real estate projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholder.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong networking abilities and familiarity with the UAE job market and industry-specific talent pools.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
