Job Title: HR Administrator / HR Generalist (Administrative Focus)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000-6,000 depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Administrator / HR Generalist provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while serving as a first point of contact for employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Records

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, both physical and digital
  • Manage HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exit letters
  • Track employee attendance, leave, probation, and contract renewals

Recruitment & Onboarding Administration

  • Post job vacancies and coordinate interview schedules
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and employee files
  • Coordinate induction sessions and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR and administrative queries
  • Coordinate employee exits including clearance forms, handovers, and final documentation
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance documentation as required

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR files and records comply with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support HR audits by preparing required documentation

Training & General HR Support

  • Coordinate training logistics and maintain training records
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications

Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and team

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in an HR administration or HR support role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • English and Arabic Speaker Preferred
