Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and automating recruitment and people operations processes using AI tools.
- Create and manage interactive communication flows between job seekers and employers.
- Support the development of AI chatbots and digital assistants for recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaborate on university outreach programs to attract students for internships and job placements.
- Maintain candidate and employer databases and assist with recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct research and documentation for automation and process improvement projects.
