Context :

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to effectively support the business, both on RUN topics and on transformation projects.

• Duration: 6 months, renewable
• Start date: ASAP
• Localisation : Casablanca

Missions :

• Gather and analyze the needs of the business teams.
• Facilitating workshops for defining the scope and gathering requirements
• Write the detailed functional specifications
• Monitor the implementation with internal and external entities
• Ensure coordination between business and IT teams
• Ensure the translation of business needs into technical requirements
• Participate in the acceptance and validation phases

Required skills:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs
• Facilitating workshops (framing, specifications)
• Writing functional specifications
• Business/IT Coordination
• Knowledge of project cycles (V-model, Agile)
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, modeling workshops (preferred)
