HR Manager

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end blue-collar and staff recruitment for project and office needs
Manage onboarding, contracts, employee records, and documentation
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Support overall organizational development and HR planning

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as HR Manager in construction or interior fit-out is required
Strong background in blue-collar recruitment
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Familiar with HR systems, MS Office, and labor law requirements
