الأدوار والمسؤوليات

The HR Manager will oversee the entire HR function of the company, ensuring compliance with labor laws, efficient HR operations, effective talent management, and the welfare of all employees. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution across all HR activities in a dynamic catering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy and HR Compliance:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

Ensure all HR practices adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Payroll, Compensation & Benefits:

Oversee payroll processing, salary administration, and benefits programs.

Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement and compliance with local regulations.

Recruitment & Manpower Planning:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet operational requirements.

Develop workforce plans to optimize staffing levels for all departments.

  • Staff Accommodation Management:

Manage employee accommodation facilities, ensuring standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort.

Coordinate maintenance and allocation of staff housing.

  • Background Verification:

Conduct checks and verification of qualifications and experience.

  • Supervising the HR Team:

Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure smooth operations and professional development.

  • Accommodation and Welfare:

Ensure employee welfare programs are implemented effectively, including recreational, health, and social initiatives.

  • HR Systems and Records:

Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files accurately.

Ensure effective use of HR software for data management and reporting.

  • Exit Management:

Oversee employee exit processes, including clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.

  • Management Reporting & Strategy:

Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Contribute to HR strategy and workforce planning aligned with company goals.

  • Employee Welfare & Relations:

Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances.

Manage employee engagement and workplace relations effectively.

  • Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and employee development plans.

Track performance metrics and provide feedback to improve productivity.

  • Professional & Government Relations:

Liaise with labor departments, government authorities, and external agencies for HR-related matters.

  • Attendance Management:

Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.

  • Training & Development:

Identify training needs and organize programs for skill development and career growth.

  • KPIs:

Define, track, and report HR KPIs to measure efficiency and impact.

  • HR Software Knowledge:

Proficient in HR management systems for payroll, recruitment, attendance, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of HR Manager experience, preferably in the Construction or service industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, payroll, and employee welfare.

Proven experience in managing HR teams and handling large-scale operations.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
